At Tshirtsabout, all products are made using a print-on-demand process, meaning each item is uniquely produced when ordered. This ensures high quality and exclusive designs, but it also means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items ordered in the wrong size or color

Items ordered by mistake or changed your mind

Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5″ for DTG products)
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement or refund. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at our contact page and including a clear photo showing the issue. You will need to return the item.
For multiple items affected by the same defect, please include a photo or video showing all items together.
Delivery Issues
In the case of lost or failed deliveries, you may choose either:

A replacement product (an additional charge may apply if necessary), or

Exclusions
We are not required to provide a refund, replacement, or repair for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer

Minor differences in color, print placement, or design due to the print-on-demand process

Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery
Refund Process
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method in AUD. If your payment was made in a currency other than AUD, the refund will be processed in your original payment currency.
